Xbox One Finally Shown Off With Final Design

On Thursday, Microsoft showed off one of the Xbox One Day One editions in a video related on the web. The video released with the Xbox’s Major Nelson shows off what the unboxing of the Xbox One will look like, and finalizes some information that users have been wanting.

The most important part of the unboxing of the Xbox One was that the bundled Xbox One Chat Headset is included with the system. The standard and Day One editions according to Microsoft will be included, and that should make the Xbox One even more desirable in the next few months.


Final Design Specs

The video shows off the improved audio quality of the headset along with other specs of the console. The separate power supply, HDMI cable, and liquid black finish of the unit is very appealing. The HDMI cable supports 4K, 1080P, and 3D displays, and is a first that other companies, including Sony cannot compete with today.

New Controller and Wi-Fi

The Xbox One controller was really shown off in the video in full display. The battery department can hold standard or rechargeable batteries, and can be charged with a micro-USB port. Users can plug in the cable and directly control the Xbox One as well and the wireless part of the controller will shut down. This also allows the controller to operate without batteries this way. In addition, the Xbox One will ship with Wi-Fi radios that cover the A, B, G, and N compatible frequencies. The 2.4GHz and 5GHz frequencies will be support off the go, and will make gamers happy.

The video is the first full view of the Xbox One, and gives users the ability to dream about the console before it comes out. The video done by Major Nelson shows the console in its full glory, and shows the $499 console from the unboxing process that fans love and enjoy. While the unit isn’t supposed to come out until November, the daily updates and speculation around the console is making gamers and Microsoft fans excited.
