Another awesome space game that should be on your watchlist: Star Citizen from the makers of Freelancer, one of the best space games of all time
Freelancer re-defined the space combat genre over night. Now Chris Roberts, one of the developers, is back with his own studio called Cloud Imperium Games – after a successful Kickstarter campaign, they intend to launch the first Hangar Module of the game this month. The full retail release is currently scheduled for 2015, so there will be plenty of time to play around with the initial hangar, but thanks to the CryEngine 3 it will be at least a spectacular sight for space fans.
