The theme is a simple .themepack file that can be installed on Windows 7 with a double-click. If you want to use the Heroes theme on Windows Vista and not 7 you can simply use 7zip to extract the content of the themepack file.
Additionally, you might want to download some folder icons for the Heroes Windows 7 theme. The icons have to be installed separately and are not included in the Windows 7 theme.
