I was trying to install the fallout3radiation theme. OS : Windows 7 Home Basic. After some googling, I found out many of the personalization features are not availaible in Home Basic Edition. Can you suggest a workaround or a hack to install the theme ?

Many, that is extremely difficult you should try to get a free copy of Windows 10 somewhere
