Microsoft today released a technical preview of Windows 10 for enthusiasts and developers. If you are interested in becoming a Windows Insider, find out more after the break
1 Join The Windows Insider Program
Without much fanfare, Microsoft silently announced Windows 10 in a small circle without a major press conference. At the same time they are introducing the Windows Insider program, which is free right now and allows you to download the latest Windows preview versions
Head over to http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/preview and click the button “Get Started” to join the program.
Companies can check out the enterprise edition of Windows 10
Technical preview versions can cause your system to crash, result in data loss and can lead to freezes, black screens and glitches. It is critical you understand that this is not a public beta test for consumers; it is intended for developers and IT professionals.
3 System Specifications
Your 2nd machine should have the following specs:
16GB Disk Space+
These are the minimum system specs, but for real testing purposes I recommend at least double of each.
4 Burn It Baby
All you have to do now is to locate the ISO and right-click the file, then select Burn:
Make sure to verify the disc.
