One of the best video players for the Windows platform, has been the VLC media player, as it plays almost any video format imaginable. Now, they have released a new Windows 10 Windows Universal Platform app, and the Windows 10 app just got better.

The revised Windows 10 app has been built up from the bottom, and now supports all versions of Windows 10 and Windows Mobile. It doesn’t support the DVD or Bluray features though, and they encourage desktop versions of that app for people wanting those.
