If you want to get more Windows 8 features in Windows 7, first try this tool to change the color of Windows 7 themes based on desktop wallpaper. Then download the following tool to add a user tile to Windows 7.
Early versions of Windows 8 have this feature that will allow you to quickly access important functions like lock, log off, switch user and your user account picture right from the taskbar.

Right now there can still be some bugs, because the program is an alpha. However, Windows 8 enthusiasts who want to turn Windows 7 into Windows 8 and want more than our Windows 8 themes should definitely give this tool a try.
When you click on the user account picture, you will open up the control panel.
How to change user account picture
To set your own account picture on the taskbar you currently need to edit the path in the config.ini – simply open the ini file with a notepad editor and change the path.
Or you can simply copy a png file into the Resources folder and rename it to the default png file that already exists. By default Taskbar UserTile (the name of the program) automatically uses the PNG file in the Resources folder.
