THQ confirms that Del Toro’s Insane Game Has Been Cancelled

In a quarterly investors report, THQ confirmed that Del Toro’s Insane has been cancelled

Del Toro Insane Cancelled

THQ is restructuring their business and are currently focusing on their core games. After previously cancelling Devil’s Third, it has been confirmed that Insane will also never hit the stores.

Considering that Insane was more of a risky investment for THQ, this is not very surprising. However, on the positive side this means we will possibly see the following sequels if THQ returns to profitability:

  • Company of Heroes 3
  • Saints Row 5 (4 will be released this year or early 2013)
  • South Park: Stick of Truth sequel
  • Darksiders 3
  • Metro Part 3
  • Homefront 3
