Sony Release New PlayStation 4 Videos

With the launch of the PlayStation 4 moving ever closer Sony have unveiled some new videos outlining some of the key features we can expect to see.

Sony Release PS4 Controller Video

The first video shows off the new controller that gamers will be using with their PlayStation 4. Unsurprisingly titled the DualShock 4 – the video outlines some of the key features in a slick fashion with gameplay in the background.

Some of the features mentioned in the video included its new ergonomic design, natural trigger design, precision analogue sticks. Claiming the controller brings revolutionary ways to play your games we also see the built in microphone and motion control features in action.

Sony Show off PlayStation 4 Games in New Video

The next video shows off all the games that will be available on the PlayStation 4 and telling us it will be a “new age for Sony and Games”.

The first clip runs through the “games we want” and includes blockbusters such as Madden,Fifa and Battlefield. Games like Second Son, Assasains Creed,NBA 2k14,Watch Dogs and Destiny are also shown.

A sample of expected future hits is also shown and among them are Warframe, War Thunder , DC universe and PlanetSide 2.

Sony then boast some of their exclusives which include Knack,Driveclub,Second Son,Killzone and The Order. We see brief glimpses of all the games in action. In all Sony claim that there are over 180 games in devlopment for the console!

New Sony Video Outlines PS Vita and PlayStation 4 Connectivity

The third video shows how the PlayStation 4 will be interconnect able with PS Vita – claiming “now greatness is portable”. We see a PS4 controller being used before it is seamlessly swapped over for the PS Vita to be used instead.

The video also outlines some of the syncing and remote play that gamers will be able to enjoy with various marketing taglines such as “continue the adventure – finish the fight” and “extend your winning streak ” used througought. The video finishes with a Sony’s “Greatness Awaits” slogan.
