As you can see the collector’S bundle includes quite a lot of items, including exclusive stuff. Some of the digital items seem to give you quite an advantage, like the STAP (in-game vehicle) and of course a droid and exclusive vendor.
You can also preorder the collector’s bundle on Origin, EA’s new platform for games. However, the preorder bonus is the same on Origin and Amazon (early access and a color stone).
30 days of game time are already included in the bundle, but no word on a subscription price or release date, it is currently listed to be released on December 31st, 2011 – which is a placeholder until EA announced an official release date.
Update: Collector’s edition will be strictly limited. EA will also limit sales of the regular edition to prevent too crowded servers
