Office 365 Expands To Over 38 New Countries

On Monday, the Office 365 product by Microsoft finally expanded beyond the initial rollout of countries. The global expansion of the Office 365 product gives more countries the ability to use the subscription based Microsoft Office product and adds to the power of the cloud.

The latest country additions by Microsoft were previously announced at various developer conferences, but it became official on Monday. The 38 additional countries cements the power of the Microsoft subscription offering. The additional countries will give Microsoft additional revenue and more.

The 38 new countries that will have Office 365 starting on Monday are fully global and have language support for them. The countries include: Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Lebanon, Jamaica, Bolivia, Brunei, Nicaragua, Honduras, Albania, Armenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Senegal, C么te d’Ivoire, Georgia, Ghana, Mauritius, Macao SAR, Iraq, Bermuda, Rwanda, Belize, Cameroon, Nepal, Moldova, Mongolia, Zimbabwe, Barbados, Cape Verde, Fiji, Kyrgyzstan, U.S. Virgin Islands, The Bahamas, Cayman Islands, Angola, Libya, Bangladesh, Uzbekistan, and Yemen.

New Currencies Accepted For Office 365

The new countries that were included in the Office 365 rollout will now allow for five new currencies to pay for the subscription model. The countries of Brazil, Hong Kong, Mexico, Malaysia, and India can pay with their own currencies for the Office 365 product by Microsoft. This should give locals the ability to use their own currencies to pay for Office 365 products both for individual and company usage.

It is very clear with the global expansion of the Office 365 packages around the world, that the idea of subscribing to Office 365 on a monthly or yearly basis is a hit for customers and enterprise customers. They don’t mind paying for the Office product as long as it delivers and gives an experience without hesitation or delay. As companies expand to use Office 365 in their companies, it provides them a cheaper way to use Office versus previous models.

Microsoft is clearly on the road and on the road big time with the global expansion of Office 365. It enables more and more countries to use Office 365, and gives those users a great Microsoft office experience.
