With Outlook 2016, a new and smarter inbox was created to help users. OneDrive for Business is integrated into all versions of Office 2016. Tell Me lets users find data and commands inside Office. Additionally, Excel 2016 has been redone to give advanced features and analytics tools to users with the cloud at their disposal.
Built For Windows 10
With Windows 10, Office 2016 has a number of built-in features that the operating system can take advantage of immediately. With Windows Hello, built-in security can be integrated. Office Mobile apps and continuum allow for work anywhere. Plus, Sway on Windows 10 and Office Mobile Apps give mobile use for anyone.
Lastly, enterprise customers get a ton of new improvements with Office 2016. With Data Loss Prevention tools, sensitive data can be stored securely in the cloud. Multifactor authentication ensures secure access, and Enterprise Data Protection allows for secure corporate sharing with apps and data.
