Inside Movie Creator

With the Movie Creator BETA app, users can edit videos taken on their Windows Phone 8.1 and Windows 8.1 machines. They can create movies with up to 25 vidos, photos, cinemagraphs, living images, and much more. All of these can be combined to create a brand new edited movie to enjoy, and can be shared via OneDrive and other services.

The app allows users to edit the length of their footage, move around clips to their liking, add text cards, captions, pan and zoom, and do any number of edits to their movies. Users can also add music from the music app, and add a soundtrack to their videos on their Windows Phone. The app doesn’t save the edited movie until you are ready to save it, and allows for the ultimate in video experimentation.

The app also has a number of cinematic themes built into the app, and these themes make it easy for the novice to edit their videos. It’s a full featured video editing app, and two themes from Madagascar and other movies are included as well. It’s available now to download from the Windows Phone Store.

This is a fun movie editing app. Windows Phone needed this, and Microsoft delivered it.
