Jakarta has some pretty awesome buildings such as the Golden Snail, which kind of reminds of structure found in a video called Morrowind (Elder Scrolls series), but there’s so much to explorer in Jakarta, you won’t get bored that easily – that is if you can withstand the tropical climate, which may be a little tough for people from Western countries. Like any other major capital, Jakarta has its own soccer stadium (the Bung Karno Stadium), a National Monument and lots of parks like the Medan Merdeka Park. If you want to see some of the exotic birds of the islands, you better visit the local bird park, which also features various Parrots:
