Here’s another Windows 7 Car theme! Gran Turismo 5 will be coming out soon (Nov 2010) with a huge list of brand new cars like this one:

Info: In order to install the desktop icons, you have to check the option “Allow themes to change desktop icons”. You’ll find more info in the attached tutorials.
There’s also a sound theme included.
