As you can see, both Start menus show tiles and the user account name right on the menu. While Microsoft’s Start menu may be a little different, the tool comes very close and is good enough for daily use until the official Windows 10 hits the shells.

You can access frequently access files of programs such as Paint or the Windows File Explorer right from the menu, which is very handy and is something I really missed in Windows 8.
