There are 100 levels in the Paragon system introducing into Diablo 3 recently, part of Blizzard’s wider attempt to bring more content to the end-game.
Think you play videogames a lot? How about leveling 100 levels in seven days?
A user with over a million experience points is closing in level 100 after just seven days of playtime.
If you’re worried playtime in Diablo 3 is getting a bit high, you probably should stop worrying. A player called Alkaizer reached Paragon level 100 in seven days. That’s after reaching level 60 in vanilla Diablo 3, and you’re going to be playing through the five difficulties beforehand.
Let’s just thinks about this for second. Blizzard estimate the time to level once in the Paragon system is the time is takes to progress from level 59 to 60. Alkaizer collected 60 million experience points in the core Diablo 3 experience, and totaled 100 million by level 97. In seven days he/she collection 40 million experience points. Alkaizer isn’t level 100 yet.
If you’re interested to see the final three levels of Alkaizer’s slightly-over-the-top achievement, then you watch his stream on Twice.tv (link below). He’s basically going to the same area and grinding experience to gain the optimal amount of experience points. I suppose it’s no surprise the game is being exploited to level quickly; it only confirms the game’s faux-MMOG routes.
We’re not surprise to see players set record for super fast leveling in Diablo 3. NeoGAF user Yoshican completeed the game within a week of release. When you’re building a game for over 10 years and following in the footsteps of Diablo 2, then fans can’t wait to play.
Diablo 3 is available now for PC and Mac.
