Download additional language packs for Windows 7

I’m not a native speaker, but wanted to grab the english language package so I can take screenshots from my desktop which I can post here.

If you also want to grab any additional language packs then go to https://connect.microsoft.com/ and enter this Invitiation Code: Win7-3HQW-RF74

After that simply register a new account there (if you do not want to get a newsletter via regular mail from MS then uncheck it!!) and you will be able to download the language packages from this page. Make sure that you are logged in or you won’t see them!

I have followed your instruction – I have registered, was visible “Welcome, conet” – but I don’t know where I should paste this “invitation code” in?

Actually, I think you don’t need the invitation code anymore. Just visit that page: https://connect.microsoft.com/Downloads/DownloadDetails.aspx?SiteID=704&DownloadID=15859

If it’s not there try to go to their download page, it should be really easy to find.
