Call of Duty Black Ops Zombie Mode Coming?!

Call of Duty Black Ops Zombie Mode A while ago, we have speculated that Call of Duty Black Ops will have Zombies. Has it been confirmed now? Probably.

IMDB Cast for Call of Duty Black Ops list “Zombie”

So, why has it probably been confirmed? Well, did you hear about the L.A. Call of Duty casting call for voice actors? Luckily, IMDB is also listing games and their voice-over cast. Head over to the IMDB page of Call of Duty Blacks and you will see the cast and in-game characters.

We knew about the male main character Frank Barnes for a while, but we did not know that they were looking for a voice-over Zombie:

So, it pretty much looks like there will be a zombie mode. It all comes down to how much you trust the IMDB rumors. But there are also other sources that say the zombie mode has been officially confirmed.

Officially Confirmed?

I can’t believe that Activision still refuses to comment on it publicly. It’s been one of the most requested features for Call of Duty Black Ops! According to another source ( the zombie mode has been officially confirmed by now:

It has also been confirmed that Call of Duty 7: Black Ops will feature the popular zombie mode, in which players get to shoot down hordes of zombies, a feature that could not be seen in the Infinity Ward produced Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2.

So, will there be a zombie mode in Call of Duty Black Ops? Probably ;)

The zombie mode is a highly discussed topic on any CoD forums, so Activision can’t ignore the many voices. They simply have to include the zombie mode in Call of Duty Black Ops. You could argue that they should rather focus on a balanced gameplay and nice story and I would totally agree on that, but if a lot of players want to see this it will be done.
