Black and Blue Windows Themes
Some black and blue themes for Windows:

This theme has a taskbar with beautifuly merged icons on the task bar, no lines are displayed unless highlighted, good job on the outline of the open windows, looks great.

This theme is nice, checkout the glossy look of the taskbar, start menu and open windows.
3.XP Themes: RevoBlack – Style 6
This theme has a good compact look to it, take a look at the start menu no waste of space, nicely done.
4.Seven Breeze Port To Windows7
This theme is a great theme love the use of colors and transparency in open windows.
5.Sky Visual Style for Windows 7
This theme has a unique design to the start menu with the use of the transparency to the right side of the menu, looks nice.
6.XP Themes: W Seven XP
This theme has a nice merge color between the taskbar and the background which is only noticeable by the line which separates then, nice small icons on the desktop, all good stuff.
7.Vista Theme: WIN ZEUS os X II for vista
This theme has nice small icons at the top of the screen barely noticable, and great large icons at the bottom.
8.Windows 7 Colors Theme
This theme has large taskbar icons with small logo’s and a start menu with windows logo protruding at the top definetly different, love how it displays the entire name of the day of the week.
9.Windows 7 Theme Flash Forward
This theme is surely unique in its design just look at how the icons are centered and blocked in the task bar, love it.
10.WINDOWS 7 Theme V 3.7 Update FOR XP
This theme is a little out of the ordinary but you have to love that, with the task bar at the top with a drop down start menu, great job.
