I wonder if they are truly themes and not just a different color with a wallpaper(s) included. A theme to me at least, is a whole different look, e.g. Lumens, Q4, Demoniac. They are truly changing the desktop look.
PS: I don’t do Facebook so I guess I don’t get to check the themes out.
Hi Herbie. You are right, these themes were created a long time ago when shell themes were not even available.
The themes are intended for beginners, because it’s very easy to install them with just one double-click. Many people have problems with installing shell themes, so this is a great way to get at least a more personalized Windows 7 PC.
