There is another Premium package available for download. The free themes are still in a high demand and I recommend to check them out here. To install the themepacks double-click them.
Our newest premium package has a lot of great themes. The themes feature Chrysler, Colin Mc Rae, Diablo, the sexy NVidia CG girl, Windows Longhorn (old codename of Windows 7), nature, Adriana Lima and abstract art.

We are now offering Premium Windows 7 Themes aside from the free themes. Due to the increasing download traffic you will have to complete a short and absolutely free survey before you can access the premium themes. This is a great way to show your support!

Apparently I did a little mistake saving the themes. Thanks to Zia for bringing this to my attention!
You can now download 9 high-quality working themepacks here. I also included a readme.txt but all you have to do is to double-click them.
Want to create your own themepack now? Open this page and scroll down to the bottom, there will be a short guide how to save your themes properly.

I have created 9 free and stylish Windows 7 Themes. For this package I used some of the best Wallpapers from an old Vista Theme “Aero Dynamic“, therefore all credits go to the individual wallpaper designers.

I just tried to download the beta again and somehow it wouldn’t let me do that. Remember you should download the beta during the next two weeks if you want to try it!
1. Step Make sure that you use the Internet Explorer.
2. Step Should the download not start once you pressed on the “Download Now” button open another browser (e.g. Google Chrome) and log into your Windows Live Account.
3. Step Click on the download button and you will be redirected to a page “http://wb.dlservice.microsoft.com/” .
4. Step Copy the full URL and paste it into the URL field of the Internet Explorer.
5. Step Voilà the download should start now.
Do you need a beta key?
If you want another (don’t know why you would need another thou) then simply link back to http://windows7themes.net and post the URL to the site (use the comment form for that). I am giving away 5 beta keys overall.

Yay, this might be good news for Vista-users! DX11 will not only be delievered with Windows7, but will also come for Vista (Source). Fortunately Windows7 will be fully backwards-compatible to Vista and will make upgrading Vista very easy. Let’s take a closer look on DX11!

Inspired by the M3 of Windows 7, there are already Windows 7 themes available for download. If you want to experience Windows 7 today, then give it a try. Although the theme looks very similar to Windows Vista, there are some significant changes.
