Worms: Reloaded to be published via Steam
Yesterday, Team17 (developers of Worms) announced a new Worms for PC, which will be released via Steam soon. It’s called Worms: Reloaded. As we previously reported, Team17 is also still looking for beta participants for the upcoming Worms 2 EU beta (for PS3).
Worms: Reloaded is based on the Xbox Live Arcade edition and is basically just another remake. If you liked the old Worms games, this won’t be so different, which is good and bad at the same time. Good if you love Worms as it is, bad if you are looking for innovations.
But maybe they’ll have some surprises for all Worms PC-players, after all it’s going to be an “extended” edition of the Xbox Live Arcade game.

Just to clear up some confusion, the new PC Worms release on steam will be called “Worms Reloaded” which is a an extended edition of the console versions of late. More details soon.
