How to install the WoW Windows 7 Theme on Vista/XP?
If you want to install the themes on Vista or XP, you will need 7-zip to extract the files. Then you can apply the the .theme file and add the wallpapers manually. We have a very detailed guide about this:

hello! ive got this problem when i download the theme downloader, when im going to istall it it happens nothing and after 15 sec it comes up a text saying: unable to initialize installer GUI. what’s wrong! pls tell me :))
