Let’s take a closer look at this Windows 8 transformation pack.
- As you can see the Windows 7 theme will modify the hover effect of the caption buttons. The transformation pack also includes the official Windows 8 M3 wallpaper
The Windows 8 transformation pack also modifies your taskbar and adds the user account picture to it.
The theme modifies the winver to show a “Windows 8 Ultimate” logo.
The transformation pack slightly modifies the window frames and the corners. Smaller borders and no rounded edges:
All in all, it’s a very nice Windows 8 theme that closely resembles the look of Windows 8 M3. If you are looking for a theme for Windows 7 that modifies more of the shell, check out this Windows 8 theme for Windows 7, basically a darker shell theme with a custom Windows 8 wallpaper inspired by the cloud.

The Windows 8 transformation pack fully supports Windows 7 SP1 32-bit and Windows 7 SP1 64-bit. It works with all languages and works best with Windows 7 32-bit.
Programs that were used to create the transformation pack: Reshacker, Moveex, JPGtoBMP, Taskbar UserTile, Aura Beta 2, various Aero themes and of course the Universal theme patcher.
