If you download leaked Windows 8 builds from torrent sites you might quicker get a trojan and virus onto your PC than you can say abc. The Windows 8 M3 build number is 7971.0.110324-1900. Many leaked torrent don’t even get that fact right. The M3 build is rumored to have the M2 EULA.
A popular torrent provides a copy of the 7971.0.110324-1900_x86fre_client_en-us_OEM_Ultimate-GRMCULFREO_EN_DVD – which is a fake, because the original M3 x86 build is rumored to be over 2.8 large. The torrent in question is not large enough. So, be very careful when you’re trying to download a leaked copy of Windows 8. Instead wait for the Windows 8 beta, it will come sooner or later!
Next Windows 8 Build 7976.0.110401-1700 Confirmed
The last M2 build is rumored to be 7910.winmain.110111-1804. The latest build that was confirmed by Zukona is Winmain 7976.0.110401-1700, but this hasn’t been leaked (yet).
