Creating the New User account fixed my issue of having no Theme displaying. Unfortunately, I have no idea why it conked out in the first place.
There were no new programs installed or 3rd party controllers for graphics or themes, and the registry was correct. I checked all that before creating a new user account, mainly out of fear that the new account would scramble the settings I had in my admin one.
So, problem fixed with no idea if or when it will occur again. I guess I should just shut up and be glad I am where I wanna be, hm?
