The website http://hubblesite.org/ provides a lot of wallpapers of the best NASA space shots and images. It’s is simply amazing that they are in fact real space shots and aren’t digitally created. I am still hoping that the big companies keep working on space tourism, so that we will be able to see some areas of our own galaxy soon.
The chances that we are alone in this universe are very, very slim and I’m pretty convinced that there is intelligent life out there. Our universe is way too big to deny that.

Start Button: Earth, Moon, Saturn, etc… Although Earth would be best, would be super cool if it could rotate and even have the sun light change per the time of your machine. If not, at least have North America facing us. :)

Maybe for a searching icon a mini hubble? OHHH yeah. or for the start button a black or dark matter then it expands?
I think that strings would be awesome, like the theory says, everything is made out of tiny vibrating strings, sometimes they expande and become membranes that can strech so much that make up our universe, to take the theory even further sometimes different membranes tend to collide and that’s what we call the Big Bang. So what would fit better than strings that make up this harmony we live in.

U can use Earth or smthn else for the start as David said. Well,i think the theme is gr8 but u should also include some classic images like the eagle nebula ‘pillars of creation’. they’re there on hubblesite.
The astronomical symbol for “sol” (sun) would make an excellent start button icon! :D
