I installed the theme for eveonline but the start button and desktop icons didnt load is there something else I need to do to get them to work?
Cuthooloo, you need to Allow desktop icons as explained here or it wont work. Do you know where the Personalization Control Panel is? If so, open it, then on the sidebar there should be some links. Please read the full instructions here
