sir i want to install new 3d themes into my dell premium os laptop i dont know how to install those themes i am extracting them and after that it is showing the folder containing files and i an unable to access them pls asses me?????????????

Sir, recently i purchased dell leap top with windows 7 ultimate OS. I am facing problem whenever I open Games. A pop-up mgs stating that “Hardware Accelator not enable…..”. will you please help me out to resolve the above problem.
