The Christmas theme is free and it's optional to complete a survey (but please do it if you want to support us). You say you are asked to complete a survey. On that gateway there will be links: Click on one that you like (there will be up to 6 surveys available, depending on your location) and you will be redirected to the survey .. should be pretty straight forward.
