When does Windows 7 Service Pack 1 come out?


Ok, so while I was speculating when Windows 8 will be released, I was also looking for some news about a release date of Windows 7 Service Pack 1. When does it come out? Apparently, some screenshots of an early Service Pack 1 demo have been leaked. Rumors say that internal testing of Service Pack 1 has already begun. So, are there going to be any dramatic changes in Windows 7 SP1?

When Does Windows 7 Service Pack 1 come out?

The Service Pack 1 demo is almost 150MB big and includes 150 updates. There are critical updates as well as optional updates, but overall it won’t change Windows 7 much. Actually, there’s not much that I am looking for in Windows 7 Service Pack 1.

Why does Windows 7 Service Pack 1 come out so early?

The early release date of Windows 7 Service Pack 1 has many reasons. First of all, Microsoft knows that many companies are waiting for a Service Pack before they upgrade to a new Windows version – better safe than sorry.
Customers worldwide are satisfied with Windows 7 and Windows 7 is constantly snatching more % of the market share.
