First of all, the Windows 7 theme has a very cool Windows 8 start menu that closely resembles the Metro UI design:

Have a question, some of the files worked for this theme when I followed your instructions, the Explorer windows to a point, the control panel navigation pane, but my start menu didn’t change. So how do I get the colors to change to the ones above in your screenshot?
