To register a module you must provide a binary name!

Provide Binary Name

Solution after break.

This is often a very simple problem. Often, you simply forgot the file extension, e.g. shdocvw.dll

In order to register a DLL file, you must provide the full DLL filename including the extension DLL.

So, simply try this: regsvr.dll DLLfilename.dll

Can you suggest e=why my windows 7 after booting up comes up with the error To register a module you must provide a binary name! ? Clearly Win 7 is doing this without any intervention from me and I’d like to try and find out why.

    Thanks.
