1. Start Button
2. Control Panel
4. Click on Appearance and Personalization
5. Click on Folder Options
6. Go to the tab View
7. Check “Hidden files and folders: Show all files and folders”
8. Uncheck “Hide protected operating system files (Recommended)”
9. Click “Apply” and then “OK”
