Ok, so while I was speculating when Windows 8 will be released, I was also looking for some news about a release date of Windows 7 Service Pack 1. When does it come out? Apparently, some screenshots of an early Service Pack 1 demo have been leaked. Rumors say that internal testing of Service Pack 1 has already begun. So, are there going to be any dramatic changes in Windows 7 SP1?

The release of Windows 8 is highly anticipated, but what exactly is the release date for Windows 8? Windows 7 hit the shelves in October 2009 and Microsoft will continue to work on a SP1 for some months until Microsoft will be fully working on Windows 8 in June/July 2010 when their new fiscal year begins.

Battlefield Bad Company 2 will hit the shelves on March 3rd, 2010. The beta of BFBC2 will last from January 25th to February 25th.

As we previously reported, Zelda: Skyward Sword is supposed to be released in 2010. However, in a recent interview Nintendo president Satoru Iwata stated that they will not release Zelda: Skyward Sword “until it’s perfect”. Will the new Zelda will be the best Zelda ever?

God of War 3 was previously confirmed for a release in March, now it looks like an online retailer accidently leaked the release date of God of War 3. The retailer Geo Online (JP) listed God of War 3 and Gran Turismo 5 for a release on March 25th.

Yesterday, Microsoft announced that Windows 7 will be in *US* stores beginning October 22nd.

Great news! According to ZDnet it should have been the 23rd October, but it was pretty close!

Anyway, they did not explicitly say when Windows 7 will be available *international*.
Rumors say, that Microsoft will offer a download for both US residents and international customers.

According to “Brandon LeBlanc” they will release more details about their plans to go international shortly!

According to ZDnet it is going to be the  23rd of October. Vice-president Massimo D’Angelo of Acer told David Meyer ( ZDnet UK) that their new “All-in-one” PC would go on sale that day – including Windows 7 technology.
