Star Trek is getting a BB-MMO. What the **** is a BB-MMO? BB stands for browser-based. After Star Trek Online (66% metascore) here’s another MMO for Star Trek fans that might be worth a glance.

Star Trek Infinite Space looks pretty amazing for a browser-based MMO, but after seeing what our browsers are capable of (Watch this: Unity 3D Web Player) nothing will surprise me.

Although Star Trek Online only received mixed reviews, I’d dare to say that many Star Trek fans enjoy the game. That’s the thing with MMO’s, they usually receive poor critics because the review guys don’t actually have the time to play the game for a long time (unlike a real Star Trek fan) and they hardly get to see any of the high-level content. That’s why games like Aion, Lineage 2 all have generally poor scores, so you better try the games yourself if you have a lot of time on your hand.
