The upcoming Splinter Cell Conviction will include some decent new features, one of them is the persistent elite creation system that will reward players for completing special challenges. Once you accumulated enough points, you can unlock new ingame items.

The new ingame items will include a lot of useful stuff that will help you to make your character a lot more powerful, e.g. new armor, weapons, gadgets, increased ammunition etc.
