South Park The Game Release Date Set – Late 2012
Does anyone of you still remember the South Park game from 1998? Quite some time ago! But now there’s a new South Park game coming – a RPG by Obsidian Entertainment (KOTOR2)
Approx Release Q3/Q4 2012
The South Park game will be released in Q3 or Q4 2012 for PS3, Xbox and PC. We are expecting that this game will be available in October or November before the holiday season 2012. Obsidian developed games like KOTOR2, Never Winter Nights 2 and Fallout: New Vegas.
I genuinely enjoyed the Star Wars KOTOR 2 game by Obsidian, so I have a lot of faith that they’ll make a decent South Park game featuring classic South Park parody. THQ will be publishing the game, so expect that it will show up in THQ’s online store real soon (for preorder).
The old game released in 1998 is still available for incredibly cheap 100 bucks
South Park N64 – 100 bucks
It will be certainly interesting to see if they can create a funny and appealing South Park world that attracts millions of fans around the globe or if the game will be trashed. If the game sucks, they can at least blame Canada.
