Qarl’s Texture Pack 3 Redimized will GREATLY improve a lot of Oblivion textures. Actually, I’d say it’s even better than the Crysis texture mod and will have a huge impact on the graphics. The texture pack is also using parallax mapping (enhanced form of bump mapping), so the textures look pretty realistic.
