Prevent Windows 7 Themes From Changing Sound Themes + Download

Manual Registry Tweak

1. Open the registry editor

2. Uncollapse the key path to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows.

Create a new key by right-clicking on the folder Windows, then left-clicking on New -> Key

Create new registry key personalization

3. Create a new DWORD registry key (right-click into the right pane) called NoChangingSoundScheme and change the value from “0″ to “1″
