Analysts compare the Sony Playstation Vita with the iPad 2. However, the CPU of the Playstation Vita is pretty powerful for such a small device, making it capable of very high-quality graphics. Very good news for handheld fans and mobile gaming enthusiasts.
Also, the 3G and Wifi support will make Sony’s Playstation Vita the best portable gaming device on the market. The iPad 2 is a great device, even for mobile gaming, but let’s face it, it’s extremely expensive. For a fair price of $299 you can get a mobile gaming device with a Quad-Core CPU and 3G/Wifi support. Looks like Sony beat Nintendo with this device. Far superior technology. But it really comes down to the games. Sony needs to bring out a few top games for the Playstation Vita.
80 games will be available for the Playstation Vita when it will be released later this year, including top games like Uncharted: Golden Abyss, LittleBigPlanet, Wipeout 2048, Snooker and Golf games.
