NSPR4.dll, MOZCRT19.dll or PLC4.dll is Missing From Your Computer? Fix it!
Today, I clicked on a popup window in Google Chrome and received the error “The program can’t start because NSPR4.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.”. Here’s how you can fix the problem.
For some reasons, some situations can trigger this DLL error.
1. Open Windows Explorer (Windows key + E)
2. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox, locate and select nspr4.dll, mozcrt19.dll and plc4.dll
3. Copy all three DLL files to the folder C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\Application\9.0.597.47 – replace 9.0597.47 with your Google Chrome version and [username] with your actual username
4. Repeat the same for any other DLL files that are missing from your computer.
This can help to fix the error. However, if you run into any other problems you will need to do a complete reinstall. Remove Google Chrome from your computer. Download the latest Chrome version and install it after rebooting your PC.

if any one not used to mozilla firefox than how he or she can solve this problem? google should have to fix this problem properly. we nee d proper sulotion of this problem. firefox also crash so many times. what is the secret key that why browsers crash? i am using nod32 latest version with current updates. and i am sure that in my computer haven’t any type of virus which may be effect my installed softwares files. if any one have proper sulotion so please reffer me some help by mail me at (aahilqureshi@gmail.com) wish you all the best guys.
