New Windows 8 M3 Theme for Windows 7

The M3 Theme
As the title of the theme suggest it includes the M3 wallpaper and is supposedly a copy of the real M3 theme. Of course, M3 is still work in progress and I could imagine that they wouldn’t want to use an Aero theme for development purposes. Anyway, all of that is pure speculation.
If you simply want a clean and fast theme for your laptop then this is a great theme:
