About Bioshock Infinite

Bioshock Infinite is the latest game in the Bioshock series, it’s looking at a 2012 release across Windows, Xbox 360 and PS3, although it’s the latest game in the Bioshock seris, it’s not a direct sequel to the previous games, so it doesn’t carry the storyline from previous games on, but is still very similar to them. Bioshock Infinite is being devlopered by Irrational Games and will be published by 2K games; it’s a first person shooter and as far as we are aware, will only contain a single player mode.

New Locations To Explore

Bioshock Infinite takes place at a different game to the previous games (Earlier in time then the first two games) and in a totally different location, previously Bioshock has been used under the sea level, this game is based very far above sea level. I’ve got to say the storyline sounds very interesting and I’m sure this game is going to be a interesting one to play, but what do we know so far about Bioshock Infinite?

Bioshock Infinite Trailer

The game is set is 1912 and will mainly take place in a floating city, that’s right, a city above the sky, pretty cool right? The story is all about trying to find a women who’s gone missing, her name is Elizabeth and the whole game is really about trying to find out.

Although it’s not as straight forward as you think, because obviously the game is going to have a ton of twists in and I’m sure it’ll be challenge to return Elizabeth safely, it gets more confusing when the city she is said to be held on has apparently become a corrupted city, which will make your journey to find her a pretty unpleasant trip.

As you can tell from the trailer the graphics look great, a lot of attention to detail and the “above the clouds” city looks stunning, loads of small details which you can pick out which is what I love, although obviously the level of graphics you’ll get to play the game at will depend on your setup / specs and what platform you’ll be playing it on.
