New Counter-Strike GO Game Modes
Valve confirmed that there are two new game modes in Counter-Strike Gloabl Offensive. Arsenal: Arms Race” and Arsenal: Demolition Let’s take a quick look at both.
8 maps will be added to CS:GO for the two game modes. Arsenal: Arms Race and Demolition are inspired by the CS:S mod Gun Game. You unlock better weapons by getting more frags. The more frags, the better your weapon. This mode is so popular that is was ported over to various other Half-Life 2 mods, including Golden Eye Source, but a variation of the mode also appears in Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3.
The revamped Counter-Strike maps still feel the same according to various pro players who tried out the game:
A new change in CS:GO is that there will be different modes for different players. A casual mode for new players for example turns off friendly fire and adds unlimited money, so you can buy whatever you want any time. Of course, if you’re a pro this is not the mode you want to play to compete with others.
Counter-Strike GO will be released for XBOX 360, Mac, PS3 and PC and will support cross-platform gaming. You can preorder CS:GO here
