Microsoft will sell Windows 7 through their own shop system

Apparently, Microsoft launched their own store and is already selling all of their products online.

They also intend to sell Windows 7 online and it seems that they even featured it on their shop for a short time, but then removed it (maybe due to a contract with BestBuy?).

Anyway, should you want to visit the Microsoft store yourself, here we go:

Microsoft store

Currently, they sell the Microsoft Zune, Halo 3, Gears of War and all of their other products.

The software boxes, we featured a while ago were real:

I’ve setup a site fully dedicated to buying Windows 7, I’ll post any links where you can preorder and buy Windows 7 there.

Good news for everyone who is on a tight budget: Due to a recession and the highly competitive MAC OS X, Microsoft might decide to sell Windows 7 for 10-20% less.

Apple is releasing a new version of MAC OS X “Snow Leopard” shortly before Windows 7 comes out, which means Microsoft might have to face a great loss of market share despite the fact that they made the best Windows ever.
