Max Payne was set to be released in 2009. Rockstar Studios (GTA) seem to be a little behind their original plans. As we know, Rockstar Games is also currently developing GTA 5, which was shortly available for preorder earlier this year. A final release date Max Payne 3 still has to be announced.
