How to disable and get rid off Microsoft Office Upload Center
If you are annoyed by Microsoft’s Upload Center, here’s a registry tweak to disable it.
The Microsoft Upload Center might not be needed, but it’s difficult to disable and it’s always in the system tray eating resources. We uploaded this registry tweak to disable it for you. You can download it here:

If this registry tweak does not work (you might need elevated rights), you should try to remove the registry key manually:
1. Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
2. Remove the key OfficeSyncProcess manually.
