    Hi…

I’ve downloaded Fishbowl and started using it a couple of days ago. My only setback was that the program takes a very long time to load facebook’s items/components such pictures. In fact, when I tried to view my own profile’s wall, it took more than 15 minutes to appear and suddenly Windows notified that “a problem has occurred and Fishbowl needs to be closed”.

    I didn’t know what happened.

    Any advice?

This sounds like a program error that might occur under certain circumstances or Facebook was over capacity, I wouldn’t worry about it too much if it doesn’t happen again. If it does, you should restart the program (force-close it via the task manager) instead of waiting for 15 minutes.

Because Fishbowl is only a trial version and more of a beta client for Facebook there is no support at all, so contacting Microsoft about it won’t help you.

I’ll be on the lookout for some alternatives to Fishbowl and will post them on our site!
